PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND CHECK THE BOX BELOW BEFORE PURCHASING A SUBSCRIPTION
1. By subscribing to the website known as the Law of Torts Webby Book, you are entering into a contract with Timothy S. Kaye, d.b.a. webby-books.com, and you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. You will receive a password to enable you to have access to the Webby Book for the period of your subscription. You agree to keep this password confidential and not to share it with anyone else. 
3. You consent to receiving emails about new content, comments, and discussions posted in the Webby Book. When posting or responding to comments, starting or continuing a discussion in the discussion forum, or posting in the Support Center, you will do so in accordance with the accepted norms of civility, and will not post any defamatory, libelous, hateful, or harassing messages, information or material. Nor will you transmit or upload any software or other material containing viruses, “Trojans,” worms, or other malware.
4. While webby-books.com reserves the right to moderate, edit or delete any comments, discussions, or other content which it deems to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, it cannot be held liable for any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any user.
5. The content of the Webby Book (including, but not limited to, the text, charts, diagrams, tables, and audio) is the copyright of Timothy S. Kaye except where stated otherwise. This content may be copied, downloaded and/or printed for your own use, but may not be given, sold, made available, or otherwise supplied to anyone else.
6. None of the information contained in the Webby Book constitutes legal advice. It is not a substitute for advice given by a suitably licensed attorney.
7. Some of the tools for using the Webby Book, such as but not limited to the note-taking and highlighting functions, rely on third-party applications over which webby-books.com has no control, and for which it therefore cannot be held responsible if those tools become unavailable or unreliable.
8. The purchase price of your subscription may be refunded only if you have never accessed the Webby Book. If you enter your email address incorrectly, so that you cannot gain access to the Webby Book, you may email support[at]webby-books.com (with details of your purchase) to request that your email address be corrected in order that you can gain access. You accept that such a change cannot be made if someone using the original email address has already accessed the Webby Book.
9. This agreement, including these Terms and Conditions, is subject to the laws of Florida. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be illegal or unenforceable, these Terms and Conditions will be deemed to be modified to the extent necessary to make them legal and enforceable and will remain, as modified, in full force and effect.
